ITS Support Engineer I – Onsite

About the role

Amazon’s IT Services team is looking for a passionate ITS Support Engineer I to provide high‑quality, on‑site technical support to corporate employees worldwide. You will act as the go‑to expert, ensuring laptops, servers, and other equipment run smoothly so teams can focus on building the technology that powers businesses globally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on, on‑site support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Analyze log files to assess system health and identify root causes.
• Provide on‑call support for high‑severity incidents and serve as an escalation point.
• Assist in triaging and escalating network or system outages to minimize downtime.
• Execute change‑management activities in a high‑availability environment.
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on continuous‑improvement projects.
• Maintain and oversee IT asset inventories.
• Participate in hiring, training, and mentoring of new team members.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge and adapt to new processes.
