Jr Attorney

About the role

Prologis is seeking a Junior Attorney to join its international legal team in Mexico. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Counsel, you will act as a strategic partner, bridging legal expertise with business objectives across the company’s extensive real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate lease agreements, including complex build‑to‑suit, global customer, and solar leases.
• Prepare construction, development, and property‑related agreements such as management, service, maintenance, and brokerage contracts.
• Support the Capital Deployment Team on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions, including due‑diligence activities.
• Provide commercial legal guidance to operational teams and participate in negotiation meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external professional relationships.
• Assist with brokerage compliance and monitoring.
• Coordinate litigation and bankruptcy matters in partnership with external counsel.

Required profile

• Qualified real‑estate lawyer with 3–6 years of experience at a leading international law firm or real‑estate company.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced, international environments and able to respond quickly to changing demands.
• High ethical standards and the capacity to exercise independent judgment.
• Commercial mindset for resolving legal issues.
