Junior Application Support Specialist

As an Associate Application Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our monitoring platforms, focusing on web interfaces and administrator configurations.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, configuration, and validation of user accounts on the monitoring platform.
• Handle device data uploads, including zones, users, partitions, and schedules.
• Interpret technical plans to validate device positioning and verify the deployment of sensors, cameras, and hardware.
• Perform signal testing (alarms, restoration, failures) to ensure system integrity.
• Document all accounts and generate necessary evidence for compliance and quality assurance.
• Coordinate effectively with installation, support, and monitoring teams.
• Identify, report, and troubleshoot configuration inconsistencies or errors.
• Monitor maintenance tickets to guarantee the continuous operation of alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.

Profile Required

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in systems integration, technical support, or web platform administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and plans.
• Proven ability to manage technical incidents related to connectivity, access, or data synchronization.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
