About the role
We are building a 114‑home residential community in the Texas Hill Country and need a detail‑oriented Junior Architect to drive the execution of permit‑ready drawings. This is a drafting‑heavy, Revit‑focused position where you will produce accurate production sets that enable construction to start.
Key responsibilities
- Produce clean, accurate Revit drawings for residential projects and update them quickly based on feedback.
- Prepare permit‑ready plans, complete required forms, validate information, and support county submissions.
- Incorporate notes and mark‑ups from engineers, consultants, and internal leads.
- Maintain organized Revit models, follow company workflows and templates, and communicate proactively when clarification is needed.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of architectural experience.
- Strong Revit modeling and drafting skills; a portfolio that showcases drafting work.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to execute tasks quickly.
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with at least 5 hours overlap with U.S. Central Time.
