Junior Business Architect – Customer Experience

About the role

As a Junior CX Business Analyst you will help evolve and scale Klar’s Customer Experience operation. You will own end‑to‑end initiatives, leveraging data, automation and AI to improve both the customer journey and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex CX projects from problem identification through design, implementation, measurement and iteration.
• Design, test and deploy automated workflows and AI‑powered solutions that increase self‑service and reduce resolution times.
• Analyze operational KPIs, contact drivers and customer behavior to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Map and optimise CX processes, creating scalable, standardized solutions.
• Maintain and improve knowledge bases used by AI and support agents.
• Support resolution of complex cases and turn insights into systemic improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Data & AI and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or analytical discipline.
• Strong analytical and data skills with experience in Excel, SQL and Python.
• Genuine curiosity for AI, automation and emerging tools.
• Ability to understand complex processes and design scalable solutions.
• Project‑management capability to drive initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams.
