Junior Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role you will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve complaints or technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills
