Junior Financial & Operations Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Financial & Operations Analyst to serve as the operational and financial backbone for a fast‑growing real‑estate tech platform. Working alongside the Operations Coordinator, you will monitor daily financial reports, resolve AP/AR exceptions, and ensure smooth vendor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recurring operational processes on schedule and verify accuracy.
• Generate weekly and monthly financial reports using Yardi or equivalent systems.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, audit invoices, and manage vendor relationships.
• Review daily/weekly operational and financial dashboards to spot errors or risks.
• Handle a high‑volume inbox, prioritize requests, and provide timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a growth mindset and high integrity.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2 days onsite).
• Strong judgment and ability to streamline repetitive workflows.
• Willingness to use technology and AI tools to improve processes.

Required skills

• Yardi (or equivalent property‑management software)
