Junior Financial & Operations Analyst (Hybrid, Mexico City)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Financial & Operations Analyst to support a technology‑first real‑estate investment and property‑management platform. The role is based in Mexico City and combines financial analysis with operational support in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily financial reporting, budgeting and expense tracking.
• Support operational processes across property management, construction and asset management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement AI‑driven tools and EOS management practices.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses and presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Salary of $1,500 USD per month, paid bi‑weekly.
• Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).
