Junior IT Support Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Associate to join our growing technology team remotely. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their technical skills while helping users solve everyday IT issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to employees and customers via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network problems.
• Assist with account setup, password resets, and system access.
• Document support tickets, resolutions, and escalation details.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams.
• Continuously learn and grow across multiple IT disciplines.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of IT experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and internet troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
