About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. The Junior Legal Officer will support a SOFOM business by providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with the CNBV and Condusef regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

Conduct legal research related to fintech and SOFOM regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports.
Maintain liaison with CNBV and Condusef regulators.
Monitor adherence to local and international regulatory standards.
Provide sound legal counsel to internal teams.

Required profile

2‑5 years of experience providing legal advice to fintech or SOFOM entities.
Demonstrated experience with CNBV and Condusef regulations.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; certifications are a plus.
Ability to work on‑site in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City.
Prior experience in regulatory compliance or consultancy for international business is beneficial.
