Junior Sales Representative (PCR/TBR)

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Junior Sales Representative provides operational and field support to drive PCR/TBR revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships for Sailun Tire Mexico. The role combines order follow‑up, pricing analysis, reporting, and technical field monitoring of tire performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales representatives with order tracking and customer communication.
• Prepare sales presentations, commercial reports, and pricing support materials.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in internal systems.
• Conduct market price benchmarking and competitive analysis.
• Visit customer sites to provide in‑person support and promote new products.
• Perform technical field work to monitor tire performance.
• Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and finance teams.
• Participate in internal sales meetings and represent the company at trade shows and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales support or customer‑facing roles (internships accepted).
• Intermediate to advanced written and verbal English.
• Strong communication, analytical ability, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 70%).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (preferred).
