Key Account Manager – Business Growth & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive growth with our brand’s customers. The role focuses on analysing sell‑out and inventory data, negotiating sell‑in volumes, and ensuring product availability aligns with marketing activations.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate sell‑in volumes by analysing sell‑out and inventory data, addressing slow‑moving and out‑of‑stock items.
• Coordinate the timing of novelty product deliveries to match marketing plans.
• Maintain constant stock analysis and generate additional orders to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Develop strategies for slow‑moving SKUs to reduce excess inventory at retail locations.
• Manage price changes, returns, fill‑rate, and catalogue updates.
• Collaborate with Demand Planner to analyse trends and adjust forecasts.
• Liaise regularly with Marketing, Sell‑out, Finance, Distribution Center and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Excellent organisational and follow‑up capabilities.
• Effective interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
