About the role
Hasbro is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to own the commercial relationship with Mercado Libre. You will drive growth, profitability and market share for our e‑commerce portfolio, working closely with trade marketing, supply chain and broader commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to meet annual sales, profit and market‑share targets.
- Manage the full commercial cycle – negotiations, promotional planning, sell‑in/sell‑out tracking and execution excellence.
- Accelerate growth on Mercado Libre, increasing share of the marketplace.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing on online activations, in‑store execution and POS strategies.
- Monitor inventory health, stock availability and inventory turns.
- Manage and optimise performance media plans with internal and external partners.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve commercial performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience with strong retail/e‑commerce exposure.
- At least 4 years managing pure‑play e‑commerce accounts such as Mercado Libre or Amazon.
- Hands‑on experience with Mercado Libre Vendor Central (or similar platforms).
- Experience developing and managing performance media plans.
Required skills
- Strong data‑driven mindset with advanced analytical and sales‑tracking capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Digital Media, ROAS, SEM and SEO.
- Understanding of P&L management and commercial performance drivers.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
