Key Account Manager – E‑commerce (Mercado Libre)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead our relationship with Mercado Libre, the leading e‑commerce platform in Latin America. In this role you will own the full commercial cycle, drive growth, profitability and market share for Hasbro’s online portfolio, and collaborate with trade marketing, supply‑chain and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to meet annual sales, profit and market‑share targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial activities including annual negotiations, promotional planning, sell‑in/sell‑out tracking and execution excellence.
• Drive high‑growth performance on Mercado Libre, increasing share of market and revenue.
• Partner with Trade Marketing to create impactful online activations, in‑store execution and POS strategies.
• Monitor inventory health, stock availability and turnover to minimise stock‑outs.
• Manage and optimise performance media plans with internal and external partners.
• Analyse data and insights to continuously improve commercial performance and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience with strong retail and e‑commerce exposure.
• At least 4 years managing pure‑play e‑commerce accounts such as Mercado Libre or Amazon.
• Hands‑on experience with Mercado Libre Vendor Central or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and manage performance media plans.

• Google Analytics.
• Digital media planning and optimisation (ROAS, SEM, SEO).
• P&L management and commercial performance analysis.
