LATAM Marketing Lead – Remote

HappyRobot.ai builds AI workforces for enterprises. We are seeking a LATAM Marketing Lead to own the regional marketing engine across Mexico, Brazil and West LATAM. The role is hands‑on, turning global growth strategy into localized campaigns, events and demand‑generation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end‑to‑end LATAM marketing strategy, aligning with the global Growth team.
• Plan, run and measure events such as executive dinners, roundtables, conferences and trade shows, from budgeting to pipeline attribution.
• Create co‑marketing programs with strategic partners and manage partner‑led events.
• Own channel execution across social media, content, email, paid media and partner co‑marketing.
• Produce bilingual (Spanish & English) customer‑facing content without agency support.
• Track and analyze pipeline, CAC and ROI per channel, reallocating spend based on performance.
• Collaborate closely with global Growth leadership, local sales teams and external partners.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of B2B marketing, growth or demand‑generation experience, preferably in a startup or high‑growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to launch a brand and pipeline from scratch and operate independently.
• Strong track record organizing events from logistics to follow‑up.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and comfortable aligning with global and local teams.
