Launch Coordinator

About the role

One Mobility Group is seeking a Launch Coordinator to support the introduction of new electrified mobility solutions at its Comonfort, Guanajuato facility. You will work within a multinational team to ensure that product launches are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track launch projects, monitoring time, cost and quality metrics.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams, assigning tasks and defining responsibilities.
• Supervise design, development and implementation phases, ensuring compliance with APQP, PPAP and AMEF requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators, report project status and propose corrective actions.
• Support quotation preparation and resource allocation for new projects.
• Control project budgets and manage cost‑control measures.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in process industrialization and product launches.
• Advanced English communication skills.
