Lead Developer

About the role

The Lead Developer will manage day‑to‑day operations of the development team, ensuring high‑quality code and timely delivery of solutions. This role combines technical leadership with hands‑on development, stakeholder communication, and training oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the development team on a daily basis, identifying and fulfilling training needs.
• Monitor and enforce programming standards, including coding conventions and design reviews.
• Research, design, and implement solutions to IT issues reported by the business.
• Ensure production systems are continuously monitored for performance and reliability.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and handle administrative team activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Five to seven years of experience in software development, quality assurance, project management, or agile environments.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team and drive quality standards.
