Learning Manager – Training & Development

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Learning Manager to lead a team of trainers delivering high‑quality learning experiences to associates and managers in its fulfillment operations. You will partner with process engineers and operations teams to ensure training aligns with business needs and Amazon’s customer‑centric mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training plans that minimize operational disruption while ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Audit training and coaching quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Plan and execute recruitment and development of top‑tier instructors.
• Foster effective collaboration between the learning team and other stakeholders.
• Manage a team of trainers and support their professional growth.
• Analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide training to the learning team on updates to materials and processes.
• Develop capacity planning and forecasting for new‑hire training.
• Support leadership with reporting on associate distribution and cross‑training initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders.
• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• At least 1 year of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
