Legal Analyst

About the role

Confie is seeking a Legal Analyst to provide specialized legal support for its operations and projects. The role focuses on contract management, corporate, labor and regulatory matters, helping the company mitigate risk and ensure legal certainty.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, review, negotiate and monitor contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Evaluate contractual structures from a legal and risk‑mitigation perspective.
• Request, analyze and validate legal documentation from third parties.
• Support legal and compliance due‑diligence processes, identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures.
• Address internal and external client inquiries, providing specialized legal guidance.
• Maintain and safeguard physical and digital legal files, ensuring confidentiality and proper retrieval.
• Assist with labor and regulatory authority inspections, inquiries and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the design, development and updating of policies, procedures and training materials related to Legal & Compliance.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Law or related field.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
