Legal Case Manager – Remote (Personal Injury)

About the role

Rose Harper Law, LLC is seeking a remote Legal Case Manager to support personal injury cases for Spanish‑speaking clients in NY, NJ and PA. The role drives cases from intake through settlement readiness, ensuring timely medical treatment, complete documentation and a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 120–200 personal injury matters, both pre‑litigation and litigation support.
• Ensure clients begin and maintain medical treatment without gaps.
• Obtain and organize all medical records, bills and supporting documentation.
• Monitor case progress, move cases toward demand readiness and track liens (Medicare, Medicaid, private, ERISA).
• Maintain attorney‑ready files and provide timely case updates.
• Support attorneys with demand packages, case summaries and litigation preparation.
• Escalate delays, risks or stagnation issues promptly.

Required profile

• 2+ years of personal injury case management experience.
• Bilingual English (C1) and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of medical treatment workflows, lien handling and insurance processes.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with case management platforms such as Filevine.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and e‑signature tools.
