Level 1 Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Level 1 Support Engineer to join our team in Cancún. You will provide first‑line IT assistance to our clients, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, PC hardware, software applications, printers, and basic networking problems.
• Manage and document support tickets accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level teams while maintaining excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Strong Windows and PC troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, connectivity).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• A customer‑first mindset and eagerness to learn.
