About the role

3M is seeking a Cutting Leader to oversee the performance of cutting machinery and ensure high‑quality production. The role focuses on minimizing machine downtime, maintaining material traceability, and supporting continuous improvement in the cutting process.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cutting machines to guarantee expected results and reduce idle time.
• Maintain traceability of materials throughout all cutting stages.
• Develop and manage NCN (Non‑Conformance) reports and material shortages.
• Generate detention and release documentation for held products.
• Operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve daily objectives and improve leadership, communication, and training capabilities.
• Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and promote a strong safety culture.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Proactive attitude toward reducing machine stoppages.
