Link Building Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Link Building Specialist to join our remote SEO team. The role focuses on executing and optimizing outreach‑driven strategies to acquire high‑quality backlinks that improve client search rankings.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant prospects and websites for outreach campaigns.
• Qualify sites to ensure alignment with client SEO strategies.
• Execute outreach processes and generate link‑building opportunities.
• Onboard new websites into internal systems and outreach workflows.
• Upload and maintain accurate data in email tools, Google Sheets and dashboards.
• Manage and update outreach and performance data, ensuring consistency across all SEO activities.
• Respond to operational communications and support campaign coordination.

Required profile

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience with G‑Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs or similar.
• Ability to follow structured processes with precision.
• Reliable computer, stable internet, headset and microphone.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort handling high‑volume, metrics‑driven tasks.
