Local SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Local SEO Specialist to drive organic performance for our agent websites (agents.farmers.com) and local listings such as Google Business Profile. You will work closely with the SEO Lead, website vendors, distribution and content teams to increase traffic and generate organic leads for our agents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local SEO strategies for agent sites and Google Business Profiles.
• Coordinate with website vendors, distribution, and content teams to implement SEO initiatives.
• Create project plans, schedules, and metrics to measure success.
• Track project status, manage risks, and produce progress reports.
• Lead internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment across business units.
• Support multiple marketing projects and new product designs to meet growth and retention goals.

Required profile

• Experience in local SEO within a highly regulated industry.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality assurance and risk identification.
