Location Security Supervisor (TRN1 SP)

About the role

The Location Security Supervisor will coordinate all security activities for the assigned office in Torreón, Coahuila. Reporting to the Regional Security Supervisor, this role ensures compliance with company security policies and oversees the local security team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security teams across multiple plants to ensure adherence to PKC‑NA security policies.
• Maintain full compliance with Motherson and PKC‑NA standards.
• Collaborate with the Training department to develop and update security training programs.
• Prepare and disseminate accurate management reports and communications.
• Oversee video surveillance operations, ensuring proper use and evidence collection.
• Manage the facility’s participation in the C‑TPAT program and submit required documentation in English.
• Investigate reported security breaches, gather facts, recover assets, and support legal proceedings.
• Work closely with HR, EHS, Operations, and regional security leaders.
• Maintain relationships with law‑enforcement agencies and governmental bodies.
• Ensure compliance with PKC Group’s Code of Ethical Conduct and environmental, health, safety, and energy policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma required.
• College or technical training in an industrial field is preferred.
