Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will be based on‑site in Tijuana, supporting Queen’s Fresh Produce’s farm‑to‑market supply chain. This full‑time position ensures fresh produce moves efficiently from growers to customers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily shipments of perishable goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile records in logistics systems.
• Manage transportation schedules and prepare required logistics documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Track orders, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives for cost and efficiency.
• Communicate shipment status updates to customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and identify process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Customer‑service orientation to manage inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
• Inventory‑management experience, including stock monitoring and forecasting support.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain management covering transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tijuana with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast‑paced environment.
