Logistics Coordinator – Network Management Center (2nd Shift)

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for its Network Management Center on the 2nd shift (13:00‑23:00, Monday‑Friday). The role supports major customers across aviation, automotive, pharmaceutical, retail and technology sectors, ensuring critical shipments are monitored and delivered with high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Track and trace customer shipments, manage bookings and oversee critical logistics movements.
• Monitor temperature‑controlled and aircraft‑on‑ground shipments using dashboards.
• Provide proactive communication with Expeditors districts, service providers and customers to deliver timely, accurate information.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and act as the central point of contact for assigned accounts.
