Luxury Travel Specialist – Destination Weddings & Celebrations

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Luxury Travel Specialist to design and manage comprehensive travel journeys surrounding destination weddings, honeymoons, and milestone celebrations. You will act as the central orchestrator, ensuring seamless experiences for couples, planners, venues, and guests before, during, and after each event.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end travel itineraries for destination weddings, honeymoons, guest travel, and pre‑/post‑event extensions.
• Coordinate with couples, wedding planners, venues, and travel fulfillment partners to align logistics.
• Design tiered guest travel experiences that accommodate varying budgets, stay lengths, and preferences while minimizing confusion.
• Collaborate with planners and venues to increase room‑night conversion and length of stay.
• Curate premium accommodations, experiences, and extensions that reflect the emotional moments of each celebration.
• Proactively resolve travel issues, handling complex guest scenarios with professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury travel, destination events, or high‑end hospitality.
• Comfort managing UHNW/HNW clients and their guests.
• Understanding of group travel dynamics and the emotional stakes involved.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage complex, multi‑party logistics.
• Mindset focused on journey design rather than transactional sales.
• Capacity to balance empathy with operational efficiency.
