Luxury Travel Specialist – Destination Weddings & Celebrations

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Luxury Travel Specialist to design and manage complete travel experiences surrounding destination weddings, milestone celebrations and related events. The role acts as the central hub connecting couples, planners, venues and guests, ensuring every journey is seamless from pre‑event planning through post‑event extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with planners and venues to boost room‑night conversion and extend stays.
• Curate premium accommodations, experiences and extensions that align with event dates, cultural considerations and group logistics.
• Proactively identify and resolve travel issues, handling complex guest scenarios with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury travel, high‑end hospitality or destination event planning.
• Comfort managing UHNW/HNW clients and their extended guest groups.
• Deep understanding of group travel dynamics and the emotional stakes of wedding‑related journeys.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage complex, multi‑party logistics.
• Mindset focused on journey design rather than transactional sales.
