Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast‑moving, remote team focused on building AI‑powered products. You will work with complex datasets, design and optimize models, and help bring intelligent solutions into production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train, test, and evaluate machine learning models aligned with product objectives.
• Prepare, clean, analyze, and manage datasets for model training and validation.
• Improve model performance through experimentation, optimization, and continuous testing.
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor models in production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML capabilities into applications.
• Track model performance and identify opportunities for accuracy, reliability, and efficiency gains.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support scalable AI solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in machine learning, software engineering, data science, or demonstrable personal projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit‑learn.
• Data handling and preprocessing.
• Version control using Git.
