Maintenance Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Evernest is seeking a remote Maintenance Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance activities across its markets. The role focuses on driving revenue, profitability, and keeping maintenance technicians and vendors consistently engaged with work.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison between maintenance technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Process internal and external invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Track, forecast, and report on market maintenance revenue and profit.
• Provide oversight and daily scheduling guidance to technicians, ensuring they understand priorities and project scopes.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to solve problems using data and factual information.
• Delegate tasks effectively and support technicians to stay productive.
