Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager leads the planning, organization, coordination and control of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, machinery and all plant facilities. The role also ensures proper installation of auxiliary equipment and oversees machinery transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee that all equipment complies with safety specifications.
• Manage and maintain accurate maintenance process information.
• Maintain equipment availability within established performance indicators.
• Oversee contractors for installations and repairs.
• Ensure execution of preventive maintenance programs and timely closure of corrective tasks.
• Participate actively in the department’s strategic planning.
• Apply operational controls based on ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, C‑TPAT and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in electromechanical, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
