Maintenance Manager – Lead Maintenance & Reliability

About the role

The Maintenance Manager leads all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This hands‑on leader works cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment, driving uptime and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues.
• Maintain tube cutting equipment, CNC machinery, and automated systems while managing spare‑parts inventory.
• Support PLC programming, automation upgrades, retrofits, and new equipment installations.
• Coach and develop a team of technicians, fostering collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental regulations and drive OEE improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a high‑volume or automated manufacturing setting.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Strong sense of urgency, analytical mindset, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
