Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that all factory equipment operates reliably by performing preventive and corrective maintenance. You will work on a wide range of systems, from electrotechnical and mechanical to pneumatic, hydraulic, PLCs, robots and manipulators.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to SOPs and schedules, covering all equipment types.
• Diagnose and resolve simple to complex breakdowns, implementing modifications to improve reliability.
• Participate in 5S, QRQC, and continuous‑improvement meetings and workshops.
• Lead or support improvement projects, draft procedures, and provide training to peers.
• Collaborate with subcontractors during equipment receipt, commissioning and upgrades.

Required profile

• Technical background in electrotechnical, mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work autonomously on breakdowns and propose improvement actions.
• Experience with programmable logic controllers, robots or manipulators is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, documentation and continuous improvement practices.
