Maintenance Technician

About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing technical duties and activities within defined time frames, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting continuous improvement projects. This role contributes to overall process efficiency and helps maintain a safe, confidential work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute technical tasks and routine maintenance according to schedule.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and materials.
- Identify problems, propose remedies, and implement solutions.
- Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Beginning knowledge of maintenance tasks.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Successful track record in previous work experiences.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
