About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform technical duties and support the efficient operation of our facilities. The role involves executing routine maintenance tasks within set time frames and contributing to projects that enhance process and technical efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out technical duties and activities according to prescribed schedules.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at boosting overall process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and materials.
- Identify problems proactively and propose effective remedies.
- Prepare and deliver periodic status reports in both written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Beginning knowledge of maintenance tasks.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree (desired).
- Proven track record of performance in previous roles.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
