Manager, Customer Fraud - Security/Risk Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead its Customer Fraud and Security/Risk Services initiatives. The role focuses on helping member institutions reduce fraud, improve chargeback processes, and ensure compliance with Mastercard rules.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fraud‑management programs for customers, merchants, payment facilitators, and internal Mastercard units.
• Manage compliance programs and conduct in‑depth MIS analysis using Mastercard data.
• Leverage Mastercard products, industry best practices, and risk‑assessment tools to mitigate fraud.
• Provide consultancy, investigative assistance, and training to customers and law‑enforcement agencies.

Required profile

• Experience in risk or fraud management, preferably within payments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external partners and travel periodically.
• Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in English.
