Manager, Project Engineering

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Manager, Project Engineering and lead the planning, development, and execution of capital projects that drive growth and productivity across our supply chain. You will ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance while supporting the company’s mission to lead the future of snacking.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the capital and technical agenda for mid‑to‑large investment projects.
• Develop and manage capital budgets, forecast cash flow, and ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Lead technical development, feasibility studies, and engineering standards implementation.
• Oversee multiple capital project executions in parallel, ensuring alignment with Mondelēz business and innovation processes.
• Manage engineering resources, including people development and performance.
• Implement state‑of‑the‑art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources and harmonize assets.

Required profile

• Significant engineering and operations experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven project‑management expertise with a track record of delivering large‑scale capital projects.
• Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
• Strong technical expertise across engineering disciplines, with deep knowledge in at least one domain.
