Manufacturing & Process Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing & Process Manager to lead our Toluca plant’s automotive production. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operations while meeting quality, delivery and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets.
• Drive strategic process improvements through Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and manage high‑performing teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and talent growth.
• Oversee new product launches and industrialisation projects, ensuring smooth integration into production.
• Manage budgets, investments and resource planning to deliver business results.
• Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Finance and HR.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer‑specific requirements and operational excellence frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 + years progressive experience in manufacturing, operations or process management within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, high‑volume manufacturing teams.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance indicators.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
