Market Supply Chain Planner

About the role

The Market Supply Chain Planner will manage a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes for a large global business unit. This role enhances business processes, drives performance metrics, and supports regional and global planning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics, and import/export operations.
• Execute demand‑supply matching activities, identify issues and assess impact.
• Conduct backlog analysis and gather demand data from country, regional and account managers.
• Provide demand signals to the supply base to support forecasting.
• Coordinate and lead regional and global planning teams to improve processes.
• Monitor key metrics, create reporting dashboards and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to priority projects with complex analysis and develop recommendations.
• Communicate requirements and guidelines to global planning teams.
• Develop and manage a regulatory trade compliance program.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, operations or a related area (or an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience).
• Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Professional in Supply Management.
