Marketing Account Manager – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

The Agency Baja, a leading luxury real‑estate brokerage in Baja California Sur, is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to drive high‑impact campaigns, uphold brand standards, and support day‑to‑day operations across its Los Cabos, Todos Santos and La Paz offices.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and deploy marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including email, listing assets, photography, and web content.
• Ensure brand consistency and MLS compliance, reviewing copy and creative for all outward‑facing materials.
• Oversee marketing administration: file management, vendor coordination, expense tracking and internal reporting.
• Maintain agent and listing databases in HubSpot and coordinate email marketing to buyers and agents.
• Schedule and follow‑up on photography/videography, build landing pages, and manage the blog editorial calendar.
• Enforce brand guidelines, manage listing approvals, and coordinate web updates, translations and UX requests.
• Administer Google Drive architecture, DocSend decks, and GoDaddy domain/DNS settings.
• Process vendor invoices, manage software subscriptions and keep thorough documentation of processes and project status.

Required profile

• Exceptional follow‑up discipline and organizational rigor to handle multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills to act as a reliable liaison between agents, leadership, vendors and creative teams.
• Sensitivity to luxury branding and high‑end visual standards.
• Meticulous documentation habits and attention to detail.
