Marketing Communications Coordinator

About the role

Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join the Burger King Mexico team. The role sits within the Brand Communications function and supports the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple consumer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistency across all brand communications by adhering to established brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.
• Support the development of communication and content for new product launches in collaboration with agency partners, vendors, and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Assist in managing and tracking the Brand Communications budget, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and content agencies to ensure timely, high‑quality execution of campaigns aligned with brand objectives and the commercial calendar.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports to facilitate cross‑team alignment.
