Marketing Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote Marketing Consultant to lead the creation and optimisation of business‑to‑consumer acquisition content across websites, direct mail, email and social media. You will use data‑driven insights to enhance the customer experience and support FBS’s mission to build high‑performing teams for Farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, produce and manage B2C marketing assets from start to finish, ensuring alignment with product information, legal requirements and KPI targets.
• Develop detailed creative briefs that incorporate top‑performing messaging, optimisation learnings and budget expectations.
• Analyse performance data and competitive research to refine go‑to‑market strategies and improve response rates.
• Design and execute test‑and‑learn experiments to reduce cost and boost client experience.
• Maintain and optimise the creative library, making data‑driven decisions on asset utilisation, timing and placement across channels such as social media, display, video, search copy, landing pages and email.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings with stakeholders, agencies and vendors to ensure project alignment, status updates and timely delivery.
• Stay current on direct‑mail, digital marketing and content best practices, and incorporate competitor insights into campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and managing B2C acquisition content across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of direct‑mail, digital marketing and content best practices.
