About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Designer who blends creative design with AI‑driven efficiency. Working remotely on US Central Time business hours, you will support a fast‑growing agency that serves 100+ clients across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media content for multiple brands while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build and migrate websites onto modern frameworks such as Next.js, Vercel, and GitHub.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate content creation, image generation, research, and code scaffolding.
• Create designs that are visually compelling and conversion‑focused.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI tools, workflows, and technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and proactive problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Agency experience with fast turnarounds and proactive communication.
• Comfortable taking ownership of execution to free leadership for strategy.
• Daily user of AI tools and strong understanding of prompting for content, code, and research.
• Ability to balance beautiful design with performance‑driven results.
