Marketing Graduate – Entry Level (Derma Division)

About the role

Join Puig’s Derma Division as a Marketing Graduate and kick‑start your career in a dynamic, international environment. You will support the Marketing team in shaping brand strategies, launching products, and driving commercial initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns on social media, with a focus on TikTok and emerging channels.
• Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand strategy and consumer trends.
• Collaborate with the Digital & Marketing team to manage community engagement, monitor conversations, and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist influencer and content‑creator initiatives, track performance, and prepare reports.
• Monitor digital KPIs, analyse results, and provide recommendations to improve engagement and business impact.
• Contribute to a dedicated social‑media project for healthcare professionals, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews related to digital performance and marketing projects.
• Support ad‑hoc initiatives, product launches, events, and special projects across the Derma division.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s completed within the last 1–2 years) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Pharmaceutical Business or related fields.
• Relevant internship, trainee, leadership or extracurricular experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation abilities.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
