Marketing Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

Join Alignerr’s AI training team as a Marketing Instructor and help shape the next generation of large language models. Your deep marketing expertise will be used to evaluate and improve AI‑generated content that covers branding, consumer behavior, and go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations used in training datasets.
• Assess the quality of reasoning around brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and market strategy.
• Evaluate AI outputs related to consumer behavior, market segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve accuracy and real‑world relevance.
• Identify common misconceptions and knowledge gaps in AI‑generated content based on teaching experience.
• Work independently on a flexible schedule, delivering task‑based results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching marketing at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communications.
• Ability to critically assess written business reasoning and strategic recommendations.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable meeting deadline‑driven tasks.
