Marketing Manager – Account & Project Management

About the role

Rehire is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead multiple B2B and B2C client accounts and projects. The role demands strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and strong project‑management abilities while working autonomously to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 client accounts simultaneously, overseeing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary strategic and operational contact for assigned clients.
• Develop integrated marketing plans that combine digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate designers, analysts, community managers, digital specialists, and external vendors.
• Lead project execution, setting priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations for clients.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and marketing projects concurrently.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C clients.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English and ability to work with U.S. market clients.
• Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel to the United States.
