Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the launch of SLS Playa Mujeres, a new luxury all‑inclusive resort in Playa Mujeres, Mexico. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape and execute the brand’s marketing strategy to attract high‑end guests and establish the property as a premier destination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across rooms, food & beverage, spa and events, aligned with Ennismore and SLS brand standards.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and guest insights to identify growth opportunities and refine positioning.
• Manage all digital channels, social media, public relations and strategic partnerships to maximise domestic and international visibility.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and strong return on investment.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity and performance.
• Collaborate closely with sales, events and operations teams to deliver a consistent luxury guest experience.
• Track, measure and report key performance indicators and campaign ROI to hotel leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within the luxury hospitality sector, preferably in pre‑opening environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a marketing team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, events and operations.
