Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will act as the primary bridge between internal client teams and external execution partners, ensuring programs are delivered on time, to specification, and in line with service level agreements. You will be the single point of contact for clients, overseeing vendor bandwidth, resource scheduling, and output quality while translating strategic goals into daily tactical tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for full‑time employees and manage cross‑functional stakeholder expectations.
• Own end‑to‑end program governance and SLA compliance, establishing tracking frameworks to meet performance metrics.
• Act as the sole tactical interface between internal client teams and execution partners, converting complex objectives into streamlined actions.
• Oversee agency team bandwidth, resource scheduling, and output quality to ensure optimal utilization and on‑time delivery.
• Bridge strategy and execution by assigning day‑to‑day tasks to the vendor pool.
• Leverage Asana and Google Workspace to design efficient workflows, forecast capacity, and maintain real‑time project health visibility.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in team management and client engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (GSuite) and Asana for program tracking and collaboration.
