Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement and growth for the ISP. The role turns strategy into action, coordinating campaigns, analysing performance and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and offline channels.
• Create, edit and coordinate marketing content (copy, visuals, videos) following brand guidelines.
• Manage social media calendars, community engagement and support product launches, promotions and events.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and track campaign performance against KPIs.
• Maintain marketing assets, databases and CRM systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
